Just like our other delicious baklava variations, the preparation of our Moda mussel baklavas with pistachios begins with selecting the best ingredients. We gather a special type of pistachio that is endemic to the region of Antep in Turkey, acquire fresh dairy ingredients and place down forty very thin layers of filo pastry. Finally, we combine all of these ingredients in a unique way to give the Moda baklava its distinct taste. The result will water your mouth and soothe your heart.
